I bought one of these things about 12 months ago to do a specific job.
I have always been something of a fitness fanatic, but always liked a couple of beers or so when finishing work at nights.
In june of 2006 i decided it was time to work on my 16 stone body and reduce not only weight but also to burn off excess fat.
I used the eliptcal machine alongside other methods of training.
I started off by working out on the machine for up to one hour a day.
The machine comes complete with heart rate monitor and pulse cmonitor as well as the amount of calories burned.
These things always seem a little on the gimmic side, but it does give you a figure to aim at each time one uses the machine.
It will also tell you how many KM you have done as well as the speed at which you are going.
With this machine i have lost around the 5 stone mark ...

I am now the proud owner of a ford focus 1.6 zetec and for the first time in many years I have actually found a car that pretty muc suits all my needs.
I have spent many a time in cars that are too big, too small, not suitable, not comfortable etc but this is everything I could ask for.
I own the three door version but the doors open widely and when the front seat is moved forward there is plenty of room to get anyone in the back, even my mother in law who is disabled. The back of this car is extremely spacious, comfortably fitting 3 large adults in.
The boot size is deceiving in that it looks pretty small but is very spacious indeed. Perfect for all those shopping bags as well as a childs pushchair.
The actual drive of this car is superb. Mine runs on unleaded and is very economical. I can get over 200 miles to £35 ...

I bought this vacuum cleaner because i needed a powerful, convenient cleaner that would cope with pet hair, without having to drag out its big brother. Its certainly powerful enough to cope with pet hair on both hard floors and on carpets, the motorised head is particularly useful on carpets particularly on the stairs. The DC16 come with a wide variety of well thought out accessories which can cope with most eventualities. Furthermore its also really easy to empty with the conveniently placed switch on the handle.
This product would be excellent if it wasn't for the fact that the battery life is hardly enough to continually run for much more than 6 minutes. However its very quick to recharge, and if you use the wall mountable cradle that comes with it will help you to remember to keep it topped up with juice. ...
