Orbit of a let down...

Advantages: helps clean teeth and keep white, freshens breath
Disadvantages: not very strong

Wrigley's orbit....a gum I haven't had for a while. I brought this today from our sandwich van at work. It set me back a whole 40p for 7 sticks! This gum can be found in most newsagents, petrol stations, and supermarkets. Our work sandwich van also stocks up on these too which is rather handy!!! Well what have I got for my 40 pence? Well the packets are a shiny metallic blue colour with Wrigley's written at the top and 'Orbit' written in bigger letters underneath. The 'O' is divided into two, one half white and one half light blue. It also has 'ice white' written in the corner. Now the pack has a red and white zig zag line down the side of the packet which states that you now get 7 sticks. Yep, 7 sticks...how many did we get before? To be honest it's been that long since I had this one I cannot remember....was it 6? (feel ...

Review of Wrigley's Orbit

Get Fit, Go Elliptical!

Advantages: Low impact cardiovascular workout
Disadvantages: Expensive

/down. In terms of manouvreability - you can 'wheel' it on two its two front feet, which turn like wheels so you don't have to lift the whole thing to move it - which is useful. To maintain this machine, you may occasionally need to oil some of the moving joints - a little WD40 will do nicely, but apart from that you just have to use it regularly to stop the dust settling! This is a very good, sturdy machine that will give you an excellent cardiovascular work out and won't impact on your joints. If you want to take up jogging, but can't stand the rain and cold, or don't want to be seen in running in public, this is the perfect compromise. It is slightly on the expensive side compared to what you can buy standard elliptical machines for, but I think it's worth the money purely because of the inbuilt seat! Let's get fit people! ...

Orbit to the moon and back

Advantages: Nice taste
Disadvantages: None

I'm going to give you another chewing gum op. Now Im back at work and working around people constantly (it can be a real headache!), I get quite paranoid about my breath smelling fresh. So, on the way to work this morning, I bought myself a packet of Wrigley's Orbit Spearmint chewing gum. I paid £0.27p for a packet of chewing gum - each packet containing 7 strips of gum. It says on the front of the packet "now 7 sticks", so am not sure how much it contained before. The packet is green and white in colour with red writing underneath which says "WITH XYLITOL FOR HEALTHIER TEETH". Each stick measures 7cm x 2cm. It also contains a source of pheylalanine, which may produce laxative effects. That's fine by me. Maybe if I eat enough gum my bowels might start working properply! Per 100g of gum, it contains 185Kcal, 0g of sugar ...
