Wow, it's been a while since I was last on Ciao, 2002 was the last time in fact, and it's now early 2008. Seems like there have been some changes since then. I'd best start writing again.

Brentwood Tackle have two shops, one at Warley Hill, Brentwood, Essex and the other in Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex. They also supply tackle by mail order.
I have not yet used their mail order service as both shops are close enough to me for me to visit. Neither shop is huge in size but they do carry quite an impressive range of gear and there are always some bargains to be found. At present on the build up to Christmas there are some exceptionally good deals available.
Prices are about average and they accept most major credit cards too.
Parking at the Chelmsford store can be a little tricky unless you are prepared to walk from the town's main cara parks.
A local company to me which I use fairly often.
