...Rockstar Table Tennis is an example of a game done to near perfection. I bought this game as a newcomer to sporting games and immediately got hooked. Gameplay: OK, it's table tennis so you kind of know what to expect, but that doesn't mean there's not a lot to do. First of all I'd like to say that this game plays extremely fast and there really is never a dull moment. A lot of sporting games tend to put in plenty of animations and mini film clips but you have the capability to skip these and get right back to the action. You can play in tournaments, quick matches or against friends or random people of a similar skill on xbox live. ...This is a fun, playable product, which for around £15 is good value. The graphics are brilliant and will soon become addicted by the sounds of the bats & balls. The online play is okay, not the best, there isn't a lot of variation. However the campaign is fun and enjoyable, I wouldn't expect this to be your best 360 game but a worthwhile purchase. There are around four tournaments at different difficulties, nineteen enviroments, about ten characters with varied outfits and more... It is claimed that it is close to immitating real life simulation, I slightly agree with this, although I wouldn't rate it too highly. I think others will enjoy this more than others, for instance, players that favour shooters, may find Table Tennis slightly lame and boring and so, for more action seeking people, i advise you not to buy this, but for a quick go... Advantages: Unique design works well, quality pub food, reasonable prices.
Disadvantages: Close proximity to motorway makes outdoor eating a no no for me, tiny loo's.
