Good Woodworm Cricket Bat for a Junior/Beginner

Advantages: Value for money
Disadvantages: Not the best quality

I recommended this bat to a brother of mine, a beginner, with not much experience of the game. I recommened this bat because of its value for money, as a junior or beginner, you don't want to be paying too much money for a bat, as it is all about fun, and not being too serious. As for the bat itself, you get what you pay for, you know when you pay around £20 your not going to get the best bat ever, but for a junior or beginner to the game it would be excellent due to its durability and weight. The bat my brother bought still exists now, well worn but he still uses it to this day, around a year or two ago when he bought it, he likes it and hes picky! Disadvantages: not many very chuncky and the grip broke soon on mine thats it basically.

The kookaburra kahuna carnage short handle cricket bat, in my own experience is an excellent cricket bat. It is a good long lasting bat that is light weight and very powerful, I got my kookaburra bat in about Christmas time 2005 and it has had no problems what so ever. This bat a very durable piece of wood and it is perfect for small matches to big county matches or even a good practice.
