Advantages: Lightweight, Decent Protection Disadvantages: Easy To Be Given Out
...behind the flap at the top of the pad, over the bottom of the thigh. This may seem an unecessary complication, but when you have an angry 6 foot 5 quick bowler hurling a cricket ball at you somewhere close to 80 miles an hour, you really do want the extra protection.
The pads work on a 3 strap system, which instantly makes them recognizable as batting pads, rather than wicketkeeping pads. Trust me, you do NOT want to make that mistake. The upper strap is the most important, since if you have this too tight it affects the range of movement and makes it uncomfortable. If you have it too loose it'll chafe and be uncomfortable again. I have found that the width of this strap often contributes to this, and the thin width of the modulus strap makes this very comfortable. Batting is a long process, you can often spend a good 3 hours batting...

Advantages: tones the bum&thigh area, fits easily under jeans Disadvantages: small pads repeatedly curl and stick together
...in the same level of effort you do during normal sit-ups or squats etc as the belts, shorts etc work the muscles for you. Therefore it is possible to obtain a beach body without going anywhere near a gym or even leaving your house!
The BT shorts consist of 6 pads in total; 1 large and 1 small located to the rear of each leg/ on your gluteal (bum) muscles, and a smaller pad on the front of each leg to work the thighs. Applying the pads to the shorts and putting them on was the easy bit...

Advantages: Needs very little space, targets thigh muscles and REALLY WORKS Disadvantages: Some may find it very boring

After having two children, my body never returned to its old self again, so I have been loooking around to try and find a cheap enough but effective excercise tool. So when the advert came on I was hooked and decided I had to get one and try it out.
It was being advertised for 89.99 plus p&p, although it sounded goo, too good to be true infact i still thought it was very pricey. So I decided to go about getting one the "new fashion way as some would say" and look on the fabulous Ebay. Wow, there were so many, and I eventually brought myself a pink one for 19.99. Since buying the Lateral Thigh trainer I...
