A quality piece that aids camping. Far better than the tiny old fashioned type stoves. Easy to use, except when the grass is long! We found that too long a grass burnt if we placed the product on the ground. It is high power, so water boils quickly and food gets done, rather than waiting around. It is also very stable, almost impossible to knock over. On the transport side, it is a little bulky and therefore unlikely to be suitable for backpacking. However, camping with a car and tent this is ideal. We took it to Ireland where it rained everyday - at least we knew that we would have hot food and drinks quickly. Overall, I would say that this is worth buying, unless space is at a premium.
