They are also very light rings which gives them the upper hand over most other road rings available. These chain rings are also very easy to put together as a 3 speed set or a two ring set either way you get speed out of them! I have an Uncle with a Cannondale road bike and he uses these chain rings because you get strength, speed all at a very resonable price!...
