Advantages: Website is okay Disadvantages: Poor customer service, bugs

Lightsp eed was one of the first survey sites I signed up with.
At first it was quite good, I earned £15 quite quickly. I started to build up a bit of cash again, and then inexplicably my account was suspended (with another £20 owed), without any warning or notification. It was a great night and hardly cost anything as we got 3 free cocktails each and a bottle of champagne!
