Blazing Saddles was first released in 1974 and directed by Mel Brooks. I saw this film a good few years ago and loved it the moment I saw it. It isn't a typical cowboy movie like you first expect when it begins and truly is a pleasure to watch. For this reason, this DVD was another one that I asked for at Christmas time and another that I am thankful to have received.
Blazing Saddles tells the seemingly simple story of how a railroad is bound to run right through the town of Rock Ridge and that once it does land there will be worth an absolute fortune. There is only one problem, the townsfolk already own their land and so they only thing you can do is drive them out. But how on earth do you do that? In fact I had to wait longer as I keep on getting free Crème Eggs (but I am NOT complaining about that, free Crème Eggs are damn good). I waited until the 3 for £1 deals started then swooped in to sample all the new filled eggs that have been released on the unsuspecting consumer this year.
The Double Cream Egg can be bought singly for between 35p and 50p or in packs of three for a little over £1. Most major supermarkets and newsagents seem to stock them. Unlike the Crème Egg or the Mars Egg Nestle have opted to package their eggs in little pouches not dissimilar to the pouch that Walnut Whips come in. Genting Highlands is one of the most famous integrated entertainment resort in Malaysia. It is located 58 kilometres away from Kuala Lumpur (only about an hour's ride) and as it is high up on the mountain, the air is cool and temperature is lower compared to Kuala Lumpur. There are a few hotels in the resort ranging from five star to budget.
