The My Workout section is the most extensive part of the website. This contains your daily workout schedule which you can also print out. The workout is a list of exercises you have to do each day. The number of repititions(sets) you have to do is listed beside the weight you must use and the time you must do the exercise in. You must enter your daily results against what you were expected to do.Each exercise has a graphic or written description that appears in a pop up box when the exercise is clicked on. Advantages: Quick xercise programme

The equipment was simple to use, the instructors were friendly, helpful and encouraging and after a month or two I had toned up. I received my monthly printed graphs showing my weight, body mass and measurements, all compared with the previous months, and all was going good However, then the rot seemed to set in. The Curves I went to closed down for a couple of weeks for refurbishment and when it reopened, the luster had gone. Exercising ************ Once on the cross trainer you will find it's action very smooth and on the low setting very easy to use so is ideal for someone who is very unfit or not used to training. As your fitness improves the cross trainer is capable of keeping pace with those improvements to a high level of fitness. Instructors recommend training at various speeds and the programs on the cross trainer allow this. The graph on the computer shows how the tension is set for each program, the higher the line the harder it is the lower the easier.
