Advantages: Cheap.. and that's it! Disadvantages: Everything Else
...My mum purchased the CarlLewis MOT20 Running Machine over a year ago for our entire families use, and to be honest with it, I have been fairly disappointed.
We bought it on eBay and paid £100 for it, and we thought we had a bargain. Initially, we were very pleased with our purchase, but unfortunately it has not lived up to our expectations.
It is a very basic running machine, and looks quite old, dated and clumsy. It is fairly large and is a pain to move around and fit into small gaps. There are definitely better quality running machines out there on the market at a better 'value for money price'.
Here is a review of each important topic area for the CarlLewis MOT20
Range of features

Advantages: Again - easy to use and lasts and lasts Disadvantages: Unfortunately won't do the exercise for me, I have to work!!
...Overall, Really pleased with this treadmill.
For the price it is basic but that does mean simple/easy to use and 'does exactly what it says'!
I purchased this treadmill secondhand and it had already been regularly used for 2 years.
The condition on the belt is excellent and takes heavy wear (me and 3 dogs (not at the same time!) really well.
The belt is quite wide and long compared to many.
The digital display requires batteries, but these last well. The console is quite self-explanatry and you can either just push the button to go - up or down speed or you can set in how far/how many calories/ how fast exactly etc. It also has a large stop button, for safety.
It comes with a safety key, which you can attach to your belt and will stop the machine immediately if pulled out.
It also has a pulse monitor which can go on your...

Advantages: able to exercise at home, needs small space Disadvantages: none
...Ever since the birth of my youngest daughter almost three years ago I seem to have been fighting a battle to lose weight - at times I seem to be winning and at others it's more like I'm losing, but one of the things that definitely seems to have helped was buying my York Pacer foldabletreadmill.
I used to be a bit of a gym addict, but with two young children I have neither the time nor the energy to spend evenings at the gym any more! In a moment of desperation, I said to my husband a couple of years ago 'If I can't go to the gym - why not bring the gym to me!' Well it seemed a good idea but of course wasn't practical in terms of space but we did work out that we probably had room for a tredmill!
I did a bit or research and discovered that the York Pacer ws available at a cost of £300! This might seem quite expensive, but when I...

If you want an easy at home way to shift some pounds this is it!!! The lateral thigh trainer is compact and convienient to use. I found it easy to motivate myself to use it as I didn't have to leave the house, and could use it while watching tv or a dvd. more
Carling, my most cherished of beverages, it may not have the taste quality or alcohol content of a Kronenbourg, but it is cheap. Carling is a middle strength lager at about 4.1%, nothing too special there, it is quite refreshing and crisp in taste but... more
