On the negative side, it can be a little hard to use at first (but you soon get the hang of balancing whilst using it). Additionally the chain inside it can be a bit noisey when your ... ...is well worth the money, and would be compatible for use with a person of almost any fitness level. However as with most types of exercise I would recomend using this as part of a routine. e.g use it twice a week and go jogging or do a fitness dvd twice a week aswell. ... more
