Keep running and running away from this machine!

Advantages: Cheap.. and that's it!
Disadvantages: Everything Else

My mum purchased the Carl Lewis MOT20 Running Machine over a year ago for our entire families use, and to be honest with it, I have been fairly disappointed. We bought it on eBay and paid £100 for it, and we thought we had a bargain. Initially, we were very pleased with our purchase, but unfortunately it has not lived up to our expectations. It is a very basic running machine, and looks quite old, dated and clumsy. It is fairly large and is a pain to move around and fit into small gaps. There are definitely better quality running machines out there on the market at a better 'value for money price'. Here is a review of each important topic area for the Carl Lewis MOT20 Range of features The machine is very basic and only has a limited number of features. It has speed control up to 12km per hour, going up in intervals of 1 ...

Review of Carl Lewis Fitness Mot20 Treadmill

Simple, Easy to Use, Durable.

Advantages: Again - easy to use and lasts and lasts
Disadvantages: Unfortunately won't do the exercise for me, I have to work!!

Overall, Really pleased with this treadmill. For the price it is basic but that does mean simple/easy to use and 'does exactly what it says'! I purchased this treadmill secondhand and it had already been regularly used for 2 years. The condition on the belt is excellent and takes heavy wear (me and 3 dogs (not at the same time!) really well. The belt is quite wide and long compared to many. The digital display requires batteries, but these last well. The console is quite self-explanatry and you can either just push the button to go - up or down speed or you can set in how far/how many calories/ how fast exactly etc. It also has a large stop button, for safety. It comes with a safety key, which you can attach to your belt and will stop the machine immediately if pulled out. It also has a pulse monitor which can go on your ...

Run Forrest Run..... The Horizon Elite Treadmill

Advantages: relaible, excellent warranty, packed with features
Disadvantages: A touch expensive but worth it.

Welcome to the Logan world of fitness. Well today I?m having a look at the Horizon Elite treadmill. Now as a general rule I hate treadmills because when you can do something for free, why pay for it right? Well this is true, but there are some things you can do on a treadmill that you can?t when your out running. Logan investigates. Ok so where to begin, well first lets have a look at the functionality of the machine in question and I?ll try to add commentary to make sense of it all for you. Specifications: 2.5 horsepower (HP) continuous - 3 HP peak output This is a powerful engine, but the key component here is it?s a continuous motor. This basically means that the motor will hit the speed on the dial and stay at that speed. On peak motors, the speed really vary?s an awful lot, so you think your running at 10mph ...
