I imagine that we all have days that we are knackered not able to have any sleep and still need to get though the whole day! So sometimes we (well I) resort to easy answers that in this case is proplus, to keep me going.

It is reccomended that no more than 400mg of caffeine is taken daily

I started off on one or two proplus a day to help combat my tiredness as i wasnt sleeping well. And it worked. Id feel more alert, more awake.

Willy the Champ
I have always enjoyed Anthony Browne picture books, not only because of the story line but also the illustrations which have lots and lots of detail, and which are often quite humorous.
This story is a sequel to Willy the Wimp, and is a great one to read to children who are maybe going through self esteem issues.
**Story and Illustrations**
We meet Willy (if you didn't meet him in Willy the Wimp) lying on a brightly decorated sofa with a butterfly from the design of the sofa fabric apparently leaving the sofa and flying on the wall. Willy looks very thoughtful and we find out why?he doesn't seem to "be any good at anything".
