I have never been one of those described by marketing psychologists as an early adopter. Equally, I am invariably wary of products which seem to put style above substance. As a result, I was a late convert to the virtues of Apple's iPod, one of the first technological and style icons of the new millennium. However, just over a year ago, I bought an 80Gb iPod, on which I listened to predominantly audiobooks, radio podcasts and spoken word, mainly in the car on the regular long journeys I have to undertake for work.
Then last week when on holiday in the UK, car thieves stole my iPod, I had no hesitation in seeking to replace what had by now become an essential part of my car. A cursory glance at the apple website showed me that that the 160Gb classic iPod was cheaper than the amount I paid 13 months ...

cook, her cheesecake was always a delight, despite using a lot of ingredients I don?t bother with, nor do I have the time to bake a very intricate cheese cake. I never had the time to follow her recipes and tend to take the easy way out.
Dr. Oetker are a brilliant when it comes to quick and easy to prepare cake mixes, however, the New York style cheesecake is not what I call a last minute treat. It does take only a short time to prepare but the baking and cooling down time in the oven and then further cooling in the fridge take up the best part of 6 hours (three hours in the fridge you don?t really need to supervise and time).

. The tour took us through the streets of Manhattan and we were guided by a combination of the lovely Emily and scenes from the series on the bus' mini TV screens. We stopped several times, so this was a very interactive tour, and got off the bus to spend some time, engage in SATC activites and take pictures at some of the shows hot spots, including a photo op on Carrie's front stoop, cosmos at Steve's bar and cup cakes from Magnolia Bakery.
Seeing the places where Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte gossiped, shared secrets and fell in and out of love was amazing for a hard-core fan like myself. Sharing the tour with a bunch of equally obsessed fans (many who were dressed in the fashion style of their favourite character!) was fantastic too. I would highly recommend this tour to SATCfans. It has brought a whole new aspect to reruns ...
