Before Keanu Reeves set the trend for dodging bullets in slow motion, Sly Stallone was chiselling his iron jaw, rather than putting his mind to a script in 1986's Cobra. Crime was a disease; he was the cure. It was that simple.
An army of axe wielding serial killers led by the "Nightslasher" are terrorizing L.A. with absolutely no motive. But spare the psychological babble for the films that don't make it seem so cool to wear a trench coat, a pair of aviators, and chew on a match stick in the presence of danger. Stallone's only job as "The Cobra" was to protect a fashion model- who witnessed some of the unmotivated murders- and max out as many psychopaths as possible. It was a great life being an action star.
Whether Stallone meant it or not, Cobra is full of hilarity. Though, surely he must have seen the funny side to a bad guy ...

Advantages: Lots Of Action and explosion Disadvantages: Not enuff killings
Former Marine John Triton gets kicked out of the marines for doing what was hounarable, saving fellow soliders who had been taken prisoner by an Al-Queda force. After busting in and killing the rebels in the most ellaberale and over the top way possilbe he is discharged from the marines were he is left with the job of a secruity guard. This job only lasts him 1 day were he get fired for basically beating 3 guys up in a styleish way, smashing a few windows and tables. Him and his wife Kate try to escape and go somewere so they can relax for a while with no wories but one apperently troublr free gas station turns their day on its head as a gang of diamound theifs who are unhappy with the arrival of a cop. This turns into a shooting where Johns wife is taken along with his car leaving him lmost knocked out. He goes on a chase to try and get ...

john triton(john cena) who returns home after been discharged from the marines.ends up back in action after a gang of diamond thieves on the run kidnap his wife.john goe's on the run after them in his most important mission yet.
the film is full of action from start to finish. with a great storyline the film is suitable for anyone who loves to see some great action.the sound and picture quality is great from the explosions to the fighting .some great special effects.
with this being john cena first movie i thought it would not be any good but he played the part of the marine(john triton) perfect and i don't think anyone else could of pull it off as well as he did. the rest of the cast to where outstanding.
i would recommend to watch or buy the dvd ...
