I have always enjoyed Rowan Coleman's books so I'm always pleased when I spot a new one of hers. I was especially pleased when I picked up The Accidental Family because I realised it is a sequel to one of her earlier books - The Accidental Mother. I had read this a while ago and really enjoyed it so it was interesting to see what happened to the characters afterwards. Having said that though, The Accidental Family can be read as a stand alone novel although it does have an added value if you read The Accidental Mother first.

The Coleman Savannah is a 6 person frame tent. It has an iside height of200cm high which is ample height for the average family! The tent is a kind of octagonal shape with the bedroom area taking 1 half & living area the other. We found the tent very easy to erect with colour coded steel poles which feed through from the outside of the tent, then legs attatched to lift the flysheet & place the tent in positon ready to be pegged down.
There is then a groundsheet for the living area. The inner bedroom tents have an integral groundsheet & the whole thing is hung inside with colour coded hooks. What we particularly like as well is that there is a separate 'storage' area like a zipped up compartment where the cool box & bags ect can be stored. I go camping a lot! It would be fair to say that I enjoy it, very much! So it won't suprise you to learn that I love checking out camping shops for little gadgets or something new to experiment with.

This cookset made by Eurohike is brilliant! It's desgin means that you can easily nest each pot and pan inside one another to create a small bundle. Very space saving, very practical. A travel/carry bag is provided with the set.
