Review of Concept II Professional Rower

Concept II Rower. Model E. PM4

Advantages: Ease of use and worlds best
Disadvantages: Huge! Very costly.

I am what you would describe as a fitness freak and have used many pieces of gym equipment. The Concept 2 Rower is bar far the most superior rower I have used. I use the Model E which is a newer version of the rower and immediately recongised by the frame being higher off the ground allowing a raised seating position which in my opinion is a far more natural and comfortable position. This rower is fitted with a performance Monitor known as PM4, simply the key pad you enter the distance/time and so forth. Being wireless enabled allows you to actually race another rower using a concept 2, as well as wireless heart rate monitoring. The rower even has a game function which allows you to actually add some enjoyment into your workout, it consists of a simple fish game where you must avoid the larger fish and eat the smaller ones ...

Saints Row 2 - Stilwater Returns

Advantages: Great Gameplay - 50+ Hours, Customization, Tons of features
Disadvantages: Fading, Freezing, Average Multiplayer

's great to be able to have a nice balance in gameplay - you can complete a few missions then take part in a few activities. The game actually encourages this as to play certain missions you need to fill your respect bar and the main way to do this is by completing activities. Saints Row 2's soundtrack is great, the radio stations in the game have lots of new music, ranging from rap to rock. There's something for everyone when it comes to picking the right radio station for you. Weaponry in the game is much the same as the previous title, guns include Pistols, Uzi's, Machine Guns, Shotguns, Sniper rifles, Rocket Launchers, Satchel charges, Pipe bombs, Grenades, and more (including stun-guns and pepper-spray which are always good fun to use on your mate !)
