...their service department about the fault with the computer and a new arrived in the post 2 days later, this one worked fine. When the drive belt crumbled emailed them again with a picture of the problem. They sent me a new bottom section of the cross trainer in 3 days. The trouble is this one had the same problem as the first. One email later i had a full refund of the purchase price and the postage and packaging. They also said we could keep the exerciser and get it repaired if we wanted. CONCLUSION ***************** Would buy a cross trainer again but not this one. Lost 10lbs, my wife 6lbs in 1 month, so they work. The company had great after sales service but let down by inferior product. Maybe i was just unlucky. ...WHY ****** Due to a serious injury to my Knee playing rugby my physio recommended a cross trainer to me as it is a low impact exerciser and is a good alternative to running machines. I found this one on Ebay and thought it was reasonably priced at £130 with some good features. Quality ********* Build quality is very good, the trainer is heavy due to the large solid tubular frame and if like me you have it upstairs you will need some help in carrying it up the stairs. Once upstairs you can wheel the trainer to your preferred place as it has built in wheels. The fly wheel is encased in a plastic cover, which should prevent little fingers being trapped where they shouldn't be. The foot stands are large and have tread marks on to prevent slipping. ...I needed a replacement for an inferior V-Fit elliptical that broke within 2 months of buying it and set about looking at alternatives. A local gym instructor suggested I take a look at the Reebok range since they have a good reputation for quality, ease of use and being good value for money. After a lot of looking around, reading up and research I decided to buy the Reebok 3 Series elliptical trainer. That was just over 14 months ago and I know that I made the right decision in purchasing this model. ****Assembly**** When I opened the box I was amazed at the amount of pieces that needed putting together. That said, everything is clearly labelled with the ?L? or ?R? sticker indicating where it should go.
