Confidence Holiday Lux tent

A 4 man tent with no men! (HONEST)!!

Advantages: Just a cool looking, well designed and functional tent.
Disadvantages: None for me.

With T in the park weekend over and a great time had by all, I thought I would review the tent that was my home for the weekend. The tent in question was a Confidence Mars 4 Man Waterproof Dome Tent and although it is a 4 ?MAN? tent there were only me and my two girlfriends staying in this one (well that?s my story and I am sticking to it)! Now I am no camper so I cannot really give too much comparison between this tent and any other except to say it was worlds apart from the old tents I used to camp in as a kid. This tent has one separate bedroom compartment with zippers which would have been useful if any of us had picked up some guy and needed a bit of privacy (BUT WE DIDNT)!! It also had air vents so whilst being completely waterproof it did not become sweaty and therefore wetter inside than it was out, possibly the best thing ...

Review of Confidence Mars 4 Man Waterproof Dome Tent

Pulling off the biggest scam of your career with confidence

Advantages: A cool and stylish con movie with plenty of twists
Disadvantages: Not enough character depth

Confidence was the exact feeling i had when i saw this and parted with three of my english pounds to the lady behind the counter at Blockbuster a few years ago. Although the film had fallen under my movie radar, i saw the cast and thought that this film at least would be good enough to keep me entertained for the evening, it turned out to be more than that. A rental turned into a purchase, a purchase turned into me lending it out which led to other purchasing and talking about it. Any film that can pull off some good twists is worth watching in my opinion, this is definately one of them. PLOT - At the start of the film we meet Jake, our lead character who is dead, good start right! Review of Confidence (DVD)

My Tent with Rooms

Advantages: Breathable fabric keeps cool in the heat and warm when it is cooler
Disadvantages: It is quite weighty and quite expensive

I turned to camping rather late in life, only a year or so ago, with an escapade to the Isles of Scilly with my sister. While the trip and the islands themselves were fantastic, my cheap tent certainly was not. I had the bug though, and despite working in the hotel game, I found a real buzz from being able to book a week?s holiday for the princely sum of £6 to £8 a night. On return to the mainland, and armed with a £200 donation from my father in law, we set about searching for a tent.
