I have only been road riding (lots of commuting) since the start of the summer, so appologies if this review is vague.
What I do know is that the standard tyres on my specialized allez comp were forever picking up grit and glass and quite often puncturing (700 x 23 size).
So far, I've had these on for a couple of weeks (cold and wet weather) and they seem to have ample grip and don't pick up much in the way of grit or glass. Time will obviously tell how durable they are, but first impressions are good. One thing I have noticed is that they seem to be narrower than the specialized tyres I had previously, even though they are the "same size" - I guess this just means you can go faster :o)
I paid £17.96 per tyre from www.wiggle.com (next day delivery).
