I think this machine is brilliant not only do i use it but my wife and teenage daughter do to. If anyone doesn't know exactly what it does i'll try and give you a normal explanation to you, the vibrations caused by the machine are sent to your muscles and your muscles try to balance the vibrations so they are working really hard trying to create the same amount of energy as the machine. (I hope that helped!) Even just standing on the CrazyFitMassage Plate can tone your muscles. You can tone muscles, recieve massages and lose weight by using the machine its really easy! I live with my parents who have varying degrees of fitness and muscle tone. After visiting an old friend who suffers from severe problems with his circulation this machine is all my dad could talk about. His friend who is in his late 60?s was at the point of loosing his feet if he did not do something to improve his circulation. Being a very large man with not so good health anyway, normal exercise is not something he can comfortably do. Even a simple walk to the local shop is out of the question. This is a brilliant product for home use. If you are a 9-5 person then this is it. The vibration can be off-putting at first but after half hour on the machine, you are not looking back. It tones and flexes the core muscles and makes you feel good inside! The vibrations get your muscles going and if use regularly it is as good as going to the gym. The is a very hard work out but it has brilliant results. Great for people who are not experienced athletes but need fitness in supporting a healthy lifestyle. It can be used by the whole family and its benefit are staggering. Not recommended for elite athletes as it will not increase their fitness greatley but great for family and hime use.
