Being a very large man with not so good health anyway, normal exercise is not something he can comfortably do. Being a very large man with not so good health anyway, normal exercise is not something he can comfortably do. Even a simple walk to the local shop is out of the question. So he used this machine and within a few weeks has improved his circulation so well that he is no longer at risk of losing his feet! He even lost weight too!

He uses it for 10 minutes three times a week and it is helping to reduce his weight and improve his circulation without him getting out of breath. He has lost more than an inch in each measurement and is now able to walk short distances too.
Bonus to all this is that my mother and I are both members of a slimming club and after losing weight the dieting way we have come to that inevitable point where we are not losing as well as we did in the beginning. We both use this machine regularly and it really is working. She goes on every day for 10 minutes and not only is it working to help her lose inches but it also gives me and my dad a good chuckle! Listening to anyone talk while they are on this machine is hilarious!
We have this positioned in our living room so that you can watch TV as you “Wobble” as we call it. It’s not noisy and although it’s a big machine it fits well right behind the sofa!
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to tone up any part of their body or improve their circulation. Not only are my whole family losing inches but our BMI is also reducing which can only ever be a good thing!
Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.
This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit.
My Personal Experience
At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was....
The first time i used this, ... ...can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it the next day! My legs were aching like i'd done a cross country run the previous day. Even though i was aching, i was ...

Advantages: Really Good Machine all round Disadvantages: None that i know of
...Even just standing on the Crazy Fit Massage Plate can tone your muscles. You can tone muscles, recieve massages and lose weight by using the machine its really easy! But one tip and this is important!! KEEP YOUR KNEES BENT SLIGHTLY WHEN USING THE MACHINE AS THE VIBRATIONS COULD GO TO YOUR BRAIN! so be careful guys and hope this review helped you. ...

Advantages: Works your muscles harder whilst feeling quite relaxing and addictive. Disadvantages: Your wobbly bits shake from head to toe and you sound like a robot!
I have been using this machine for the past two weeks. I had previously used one at my local gym but the wait to get on the machine could be lengthy as it has proved so popular with people of all ages. The one I now have at home seems to be almost as powerful as the more expensive model in the gym and I can use it when I want.
It has proved useful for getting more from exercises such as sit-ups and press-ups as the constant vibration really makes ... ...makes your muscles work harder. People I know who have used the machine for a few months believe their muscle tone to be improving!
I have also found my recovery to be better after a long run if I use the machine whilst doing stretches. The reason I suggest using the machine in private is that many of the stretches recommended require you to get into quite embarrassing positions with your bottom pushed outwards or skywards, your teeth chatter due ...

i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say.
the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. ...
