As i am an area manager of a home care agency one of our policies is no open toed shoes. so, crocs are great, they have closed in toes yet plenty of ventillation holes to keep feet cool while you are wearing them.
The inner soles are textured so your feet cannot slip around inside the shoe, this did feel a little strange at first. The shoe itself is said to to antibacterial and its really easy to wash with warm soapy water. The heel strap also really works and keeps your foot firmly where it should be, this strap is optional as it will rotate to sit across the top of your foot.
They come in a wide range of colours from black and brown to yellow and pink. I have a lilac pair and i where them to work all the time as do alot of my colleagues. They certainly brighten up a dull uniform.
My pair cost £25 and i think thet are worth every penny its like walking on air. I would reccommend them to anyone.
