Background.
You can take Folic Acid Tablets at any time in your life. Especially if you are trying to concieve or you are pregnant. Even with a good diet, extra nutrients may be necessary before and during pregnancy. It is safe to take the whole time you are pregnant, even up till the end of breast feeding. I started taking the tablets at roughly 5 weeks when i found out i was expecting. Only because my doctor recommended them.
Low levels of folic acid may lead to anaemia. Most folic acid deficiency is the result of a poor diet, because it is abundant in foods such as leafy green vegetables, cereals and yeast. I ate loads of Branflakes infact a big bowl every morining. This might have helped with the constipation. Try and eat some of the following
*Milk
*Potatoes
*Fish
*Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts etc...

Advantages: Work well and really relieve pain Disadvantages: not suitable for everyone
I have suffered from extremely bad periods for around six years now. Some months have been a lot worse than others and one time I nearly fainted because of them. My flow is heavy with quite big clots, I'd say they are usually around the size of a grape. I can't even begin to describe the pain!
Now sadly I let myself suffer with these for around five years without getting any help for them whatsoever. It was normal for me to take 15 painkillers a day to try and take the pain away but even then it didn't really do a lot (except make me feel groggy). So that's when I decided it was time to get something done and stop my suffering. So forgetting my pride and my fear, I booked an appointment with the doctor and ended up with some of these 'mefenamic acid 500mg' tablets as well as a contraceptive pill.

The Rubik's cube was invented in the 1980's by Erno Rubik who used to teach in a school at Budapest. He invented this cube to help students learn about geometry but he then decided to sell this cube as a brain challenging toy. As soon as this toy came out thousands of people went to buy in what is now called the Rubik craze. Nearly thirty years on this toy is still a huge success.
The object is actually quite simple. You have a cube with 6 faces divided into nine segments. Each of the nine segments is in one of six colours. Now all you need to do is make all six faces the same colour and you have solved the Rubik's cube. The only problem of course is that it is a teensy bit harder than it sounds. Personally I struggle to do 1 colour and don't know anyone who has done more than two sides at any one time.
