Very good, reasonable exercise bike

I think that this bike is perfect for light users. I bought mine in Jan 09 and have been using it daily ever since. It is incredibly easy to build, anyone could do it!! It has clear concise assembly instructions and all of the tools are included. I love the pulse counter on the handlebars, but it does take some doing to get it right as it doesn't always pick up your pulse. Review of Body Sculpture Exercise Bike BC-1670

not the best rower but does the job

Advantages: not too big, good diplay, comfy seat, smooth rowing
Disadvantages: low resistance, feels week above 90kg

This rower in my opinion is ok, feels a bit week if you weigh more then 90kg, with regards to the resistance I did not find a big difference between the easiest and the hardest so if you are looking for proper rowing to practice in off-season or are used to concept II type rowing machines, I would go to a shop that sells this and try it before committing to buy. Fluid Rower has really developed my muscle and fitness

Advantages: cheaper than a concept 2, can be stood on its end to save space.
Disadvantages: you need to fill with water !!!!

The Life fitness repair person said oh yes you need to lacker these as sweat is quite corrosive to the metal.
