The King of Exercise Bikes?

Advantages: Excellent range of functions, comfortable, easy to use
Disadvantages: I think its a touch expensive at £200

cycling but going no where

Advantages: great excercise
Disadvantages: uncomfortable seat

This excersise bike is great for the price, it has a sensor in the hand grip that monitors your pulse wholst you are on the bike, has a screen which is quite big so very clear to see that you can check what your pulse is, how far you have cycled, calories burned and how long you have been on the bike. Advantages: Quiet, good basic range of training sessions

The Life fitness repair person said oh yes you need to lacker these as sweat is quite corrosive to the metal. Unfortunately I was not told this when it was installed, they are not done automatically by the manufacturer. He was instructed by his supervisor that he was not to replace them.
