Prior to using the Delta Airmaster Rower i had mostly been training on the concept II indoor rowing machines at my local gym. However after finding out what an effect these machines had on my physic i decided to buy a rowing machine. Regretfully i was unable to get a concept so i began to search the market. I have found this to be an excellent rowing machine, especially after using the concept rowers at gyms. It compares very well against them. The computer gives you the ability to really up the tension as you progress. It also offers you bespoke programmes similar to that in treadmills and cycling machines for overall cariovascular workouts.
