Advantages: good action up the slide Disadvantages: seat is a little hard
Prior to using the Delta Airmaster Rower i had mostly been training on the concept II indoor rowing machines at my local gym. However after finding out what an effect these machines had on my physic i decided to buy a rowing machine. Regretfully i was unable to get a concept so i began to search the market. Pretty soon i found the very well rated Delta Airmaster Rower and was soon hooked after the trial period and decided to buy one straight away. ... ...as one rows up the slide and found the read outs very informative.
However one thing to note was that the seat was a little uncomfortablke but this was very easily fixed by seeding off for a new one.

Advantages: Zero impact, cardio, muscular, cheap, best workout ever! Disadvantages: Its a hard workout!!
Having been a member of gyms for many years the time came for me to go to university which meant that I couldn't afford a gym membership, so I started to look for a machine that I could buy to use in my own home.
As anyone else does I looked at treadmills, bikes and rowers but the quality of them for the money I was looking to spend (£100) was not good enough for my liking. In the past I had seen these funny machines in the gym that you stand up ... ...forth. To me they looked silly and I didn't think I'd ever even get on one, let alone buy one!
A friend of mines mum had one of these machines and just out of curiosity I had a go on it......it was like a workout that I had never experienced. It truely was a total body work out, I had to have one of these machines.

It is important to make sure that the seat is adjusted correctly and that you warmup first otherwise there is some scope for back injury. But if you follow the video I can't see a problem occuring. The only disadvantage I can really see comparing the health rider ...
Advantages: None at all Disadvantages: too difficult even on the lowest setting
I had one of these excercise bikes, used it once and gave it to a friend. I bought it from Index or Argos, cant remeber which for £100. It was a self assembly job which was not too difficult but on using the cycle it was a nightmare. Because it use magnets instead of a friction belt you had to constantly strain to keep the wheel going unlike a conventional cycle which sort of free wheels a bit. I used this excercise bike for less then 5 minutes and ...
Advantages: easy to use, durable, info window Disadvantages: no settings of levels, not enough to get a complete workout
It is quite often in th world of fitness equipment that it either breaks down quite fast or stands unused and collects the dust. Neither has happened with this product: we bought it five years ago and still are using and happy with the purchase. There will be no difficulties to learn to use this machine. Anyone, who visited us learned what to do with it pretty easily. It also seems pretty safe and impossible to do anythign incorrectly other than ... ...machines, this one does not require to choose any programs, enter you weight or level. It can be both good and bad. However, you can see your speed, burned calories and heartrate. In my opinion, anything more is not needed.
All in all, this is a great product as a suplement to your daily workouts. ...
