Advantages: Adjustable slide sole, well made construction. Disadvantages: None that I can think of.
...I've owned and used these bowling shoes very regularly since I bought them approximately two years ago and they still look as new as they day I bought them. These bowling shoes are so well constructed its untrue. I have owned a pair of Dexter bowling shoes that literally fell to bits within weeks of purchase.
These Linds come with an adjustable sliding foot which is either left or right depending on which hand you bowl with. You can change the inserts to allow the bowler to adjust his slide to the approach conditions and to his/her own style. The other foot is non sliding rubber.
Available insert disc for the sole are: Buckskin, St. Louis, Fast & St. Ives and for the heal: Rubber, Buckskin & Waffle. So this gives the bowling of a range of different combinations to suit his/her style. Approach conditions change so its important...

Advantages: Challenging but accessible course for mid handicappers Disadvantages: Not hard enough for better players and not the best course in the area
.... A well hit mid to long iron is required but there is plenty of short rough around the green so that wayward shots aren't penalised. A tough hole to par but you shouldn't come a cropper. My score: 4; never threatened par with a five iron 20 yards to the right of the green.
Hole 3 - 338 Yds Par 4
The second of the member's holes this features a sharp dog leg right that makes the tee shot a tricky decision. Hit a straight drive too far and you could run off down a treacherous bank on the outside of the dog leg, lay up and you have a lengthy approach to a well protected green. In the past the inside of the dog leg was protected by very thick gorse that made attacking it a brave choice but now the rough has been cut back to a playable length the attacking drive is very much an option and one most regulars would attempt. The only danger...

Advantages: Strong and well made Disadvantages: Similar boots are cheaper
...Rhino have again produced a very high quality item. These boots are firm enough to be self supporting, yet flexible enough to mould and bend with the horses legs. They also passed my own 'kick' test. (I.e. put the over your own leg and give yourself a sharp kick in the achilles, ankle and shin.) They are well made and robust, mine are still giving excellent service despite being used several times a week for two years. Not actually sure if they will ever wear out, so a good value for money product for high volume usage. Easy to clean too, just brush off the worst, or sponge and leave to dry. Haven't actually put mine through a washing machine though, but have washed both the insides and outsides separately with good results. I would buy these again....
