The best driver i have ever owned
Review of Titleist Pro Titanium 905S 9.5 by
jezzard1
Advantages: Lower ball flight and increased workablilty
Disadvantages: None
...This golf club is designed for golfers who hit the ball to high, because they impart too much backspin onto a golf ball.
The 905s has a deep face to reduce spin rates therefore hitting the ball on a lower ball flight, increasing distance.
The head is also slightly smaller so is much easier on the eye than some of these brand irons we see today.
I use a 905s fitted with a grafalloy blue stiff shaft and it is now my favourite club in the ball. I just stand on the tee knowing that my ball will find the fairway. The ball goes a long way off the tee too, because of the lowered ball flight my golf ball is leaving the face at the optimum launch angle (45 degrees) and the because of the low spin rate hits the floor and gains another 20-30 yards in roll!
The best driver I have ever owned!...

I`ve got the Jack.
Review of Cottage Craft Wooden Boot Jack by

Advantages: Stops your other foot getting muddy.
Disadvantages: It gets muddy.
...on the boot jack with the other foot which is a few inches above the ground and then pull the foot which is on the floor upwards (the one between the gaps) and as you lift your foot up, the boot will be gently pulled off. There are various types of boot jack. I have a cast iron beetle boot jack at home. The one that I am reviewing and have at the stables is a wooden one. I expect they come in other shapes aswell.

The Cottage Craft Wooden Boot Jack is a boot jack made by Cottage Craft and is a reasonably priced £3.99. It is a high quality wooden boot jack with rubber spot grips. It is quite lightweight (unlike my beetle one) and doesn`t take up too much room. It is about the length of 2 feet, one so that you can stand on and one a gap at the begining...

Over rated! DROP AND STOP...hardly.
Review of Titleist Pro V1x by

Advantages: Pro use, Feel, Spin rates
Disadvantages: Durability, cost.
...For any club player, even down to the levels of category 1, would not actually recommend this bal to any of those players. This ball was designed with the pro in mind. It was simply marketed because titleist saw the opportunity, through huge pro popularity, to get it onto our courses, thus making them a ton in the process.
The advantages of this ball, might be proved in the pro game but to be honest, and as this is from my own point and personal experiences myself and the people that I play with have seen little to no benefit to our games in comparison to other balls that we can get hold of, at a considerably cheaper price. The feel of the ball off the club face is, with the shorter irons unquestionably nice, however, the spin rates are not all thats promised, the feel with the longer clubs, especially from the tee, leaves alot...
