I could in no way afford to go here normally what with the £350 joining fee and £50 a month min just for a gym. But I joined Tesco healthy living club and the lovely people gave me two free trial passes for a few weeks. So never one to give up a freebie me and my mate went along in our best Nike's. When we got there the staff were very friendly (and as expected in a gym very fit <drool>). They were polite and efficient. No snooty remarks about not ... ...referrals to being ‘their kind’ which I expected! But anyway, The staff showed us around, offered us personal trainers if we needed any help and showed us where to get changed. There’s free water, which I discovered after buying bottles and bottles of springwater. The changing rooms do have a few cubicles but mainly it’s communal. Can’t really comment on the men’s as no matter how hard I tried they wouldn’t let me in. Free use of plenty of hairdryers ...

...shown around it was great, David Lloyd in derby is on Pride park very close the the Derby county football ground, as i walked throught the doors i liked it instantaneously. it was big, even reception was large. they have squash courts available to play in and they are great as far as squash courts go, but there were a few too choose from,
Many many tennis courts at least 10 that i could count! along with badminton and table tennis. one tennis court ... ...the gym which starts down stairs and moves upwards, with a wide variety of work out mchinery from treadmills to the simple floor mats. one weight lifting section upstairs in one area and one down stairs which were all computerised. they even had a trampelene, walking past in to the changing rooms where you will never be short of space, they are very large and the lockers are not small either. approximately 12 shower cubicles in the mens with complimentary ...
