David Lloyd is turning into a cafeteria with few a pieces of gym equipment attached to it. They have no respect for members requirements, and after 3 months of training in a building site (as part of the appalingly managed "refurb") - I've now been told have to start paying more money for the priveledge. For my extra money I will get inferior gym equipment (cardio machines are replaced with technogym equipment that doesn't work) and squash courts with craters in them!!!.
After I trawl through the hoardes of children (in the new childrens area that I'm paying for) and pay 100% markup for food that is poor at best. (Red bulld £2.20!!!) I cannot even train anymore! If you want to do is get fit DO NOT join this gym - it COULD be so good but this gym is all about taking your hard earned cash. David Lloyds should rename the club McFitness or Tesco's Fitness Emporium. I'm bitterly dissapointed after being a member for nearly 3 years - avoid! avoid! avoid! Corporate rubbish! with one motive: cash!!!!.

Advantages: Latest equipment, long opening hours, when quiet easy to get on everything Disadvantages: Too hot, too many kids, not really a proper gym, changing rooms not overally clean
