I am a member of the David Lloyd Clubs - Raynes Park and have been very disappointed that the pools and spa facilities are too often closed and out of action.
When open, only 1/2 the pool is available for laps (which gets very crowded in the evenings) and the other 1/2 of the pool is for people to stand and chat and children to play, even during peak times.
Another concern is the booking system for fitness classes which, by the time you have got through on the phone, often results in the class being full.
No towels are provided to members unlike other Wimbledon clubs.
The gym has got a good range of equipment and sufficient machines. The music in the gym is repetitive and there is no choice of channels to watch during your workout.
There is a 3 month lock in clause in the contract.
My advice join a different club...
