I went to a Delta Force paintball centre in Cobham, Surrey a few weeks ago for my boyfriends best mates birthday. I had never been before and at first I was very nervous about going as I heard that it was very painful. It was quite a sunny day so all the guys were very excited. After registering, getting our equipment given to us (which included a boiler suit, helmet, a "battle pack" and some much needed body armour!) we had a safety talk and got on with the day. I was very scared at first but after a couple of games I got hit and realised that it wasn't anywhere near as painful as I had heard. After that I had a great day shooting up my friends. There was a wide variety of game scenarios, the staff was very friendly and the lunch was pretty good! The only down side that we had was that the paintballs were quite expensive but in all honesty I think it was definately it! A brilliant day out, If your struggling for ideas on what to do for your birthday then I'd recommend going paintballing

Advantages: Really exhillarating, lots of fun, different scenarios and safe, great for groups Disadvantages: Paintballs are VERY expensive and you use them up to easily
