Tent purchase includes tent body, fly sheet, poles, stuff sacks and stakes
This tent is a free standing, three season, super light backpacking tent. The 3 season means it is suitable for spring, summer and autumn. It will cope with a light snowfall but is not designed to be used during winter. Backpacking tents need to be lighter than car camping tents as you may be carrying them quite a way. It is supplied with 13 Super light X-peg stakes, despite the fact that the tent is free standing pegging it down is best as it could blow away while you are gone. If you are in a rush...

Advantages: Big Big Big and Comfortable Disadvantages: Price
...The problem is that I love cycling and with that I mean long distances preferably cross country and seeing that I always listern to my mother I try to go with all that I need a clean pair of pants and all the safety kit.
This is where I encounter my problem to cycle far you need ideally a lot of kit from spare inner tubes to tools and from dry clothing to waterproofs and food and that takes up space, something there is not a lot of when you are cycling up some mountain.
To solve this problem I got myself a Camelbak TransAlp.

Advantages: Keeps mud out of your mouth Disadvantages: Expensive, keeping insides clean
...The camelbak "classic" is the basic hydro system in the range but in all honesty when it works this well, why buy anything more expensive? The latest features include the 90 degree "big bite" mouth piece, large opening for filling and an insulated back pack to store it in.
At £26.99 its not cheap (not compared to a water bottle) But, it is very handy, comfortable to wear and dosn't freeze up until about -6 degrees (found that out in the lakes last week).
My biggest gripe is keeping the insides clean. Now,whilst camelbak would like to charge you £10 for a coat hanger and a pipe cleaner. The best way is to use milton, but thoroughly wash it out and leave to dry hanging upside down, with the top open in the airing cupboard. I have had no problems yet (but i know i will when i put some high energy powder in it) The high energy stuff tends...
