Advantages: Computer data, movable (just) is a great talking point Disadvantages: Long time to set up, computer can be a bit slow
...can adjust by a little wheel at the bottom of the torso, depends on how hard you have to hit the light for it to go out. (this can take some effort - ha ha ha) This computer itself takes 2 pencil batteries. (AA - I think) and it features an auto shut off so it doesnt drain the batteries when your on the floor passed out! :P
The computer will randomly light up lights on the slam man, you have to follow the computer, data is then recorded and statistics are given following the programme you selected. telling you how many punches you have thrown, how long you have been punching etc.
What are these programmes?
The slam man has 3 modes, and 5 levels for each mode, the levels indicate what speed the lights are animated, the higher the level, the faster the lights appear, (remember its your job to follow them by punching them...

Advantages: very strong yet light with good feel Disadvantages: Can be a handful in tight swims
...I always considered 3lb TC carp rods to be too heavy duty for 'normal' carp fishing situations. Sure they could bang out a large method feeder 90 odd yards but surely the feeling would be lost when playing the fish?
I originally stumbled across a pair of the Fox Extreme rods whilst looking for a pair of rods for an up and coming trip to France. I went to a local dealer to ask for something heavy duty that wasn't a fortune. The intention was to use these rods purely for my trips abroad and nothing else.

The dealer offered me the pair for £150 since he had vast numbers that were not shifting...

Advantages: Very easy to fold and good to ride Disadvantages: Not fantastic at off road
...I have a Brompton L3 that is now approx 3 ½ years old. I use it everyday to commute to work - I cycle to the station, fold it up and take on the train and then cycle the other end about 1 ½ miles to work.
I love the bike and although it was expensive I think it has been good value for money considering how often I have used it.
It folds up easily and quickly and so many people are amazed when they see it folding. I have found that it is so small when folded that I manage to keep it under my desk at work.
I have bought one of the front panniers and it was a great decision. I can keep work papers (and my handbag) in it and when I take it off the bike to say go into a meeting, still looks relatively professional.
I have found that the tyres puncture very easily unless you keep the tyres pumped up (you really need to check...

This movie is another good Chan film...sounds cliché (i know). However I always mean what i say. Jackie chan shows that he can do action, romance, comedy (obviously slapstick) all in one movie. The friendships and father-son relationships are well... more
