Advantages: Great value for money, high-quality photos, looks good, clear LCD screen, durable Disadvantages: None
The F40fd is a great camera which is really easy to use, whilst taking high-quality photos. On top of its everyday ease of use, there are loads of features which you can take advantage of - if you like to try new things out, they can really enhance your photos, whilst allowing you to try something a bit different.
The F40 is an 8.3 megapixel camera, which is plenty for every day use. Those wanting to blow photos up into really big images to be printed as posters/canvases etc may want more megapixels, but this really is adequate for normal use. I have printed many standard 5x7 photos which have come out really well, and even a larger canvas I had printed with a photo taken with this camera came out fantastically. It takes both SD and XD memory cards, which is really handy.

I have a great passion for these Cars and especially the Ferrari F40, as well as the man who made and engineered them Enzo Ferrrari. In 1994 I was delivering post in my van to Readmans and I heard an Engine purring and turned round, and to my amazement there was an F-Reg Ferrari F40 sitting there with it's Engine running. Advantages: Hardwearing, many settings, good picture quality, decent price Disadvantages: Getting surpassed by more modern cameras
This Fujifilm F40d digital camera is, in my opinion, a great choice of camera for any occassion. It is compact, light, looks great, has a large LCD screen, 8.3 megapixels and has face-detection technology.
I used this camera for a three week holiday to South Africa and only had to charge it twice. It stood up to a full day of photo taking on safari, and with a good zoom function, was able to capture some great shots.
Back home, it has been taken on many a night out and has always produced good photos from my point of view. It has also withstood the usual wear and tear well.
With different settings that include portrait, landscape, sunset, fireworks, flower, snow, sport and night, it has always produced good quality photographs.
All in all, I found it to be a great camera for my level of usage. It has been robust, but at the same time ...
