I bought a genuine australian driza-bone long riding coat back with me from australia having heard good reviews about them. I was less than impressed to say the least. Perhaps this particular coat was designed for the sunnier climes of australia and not the winter conditions of Britain!! The quality of the item seemed very good but it cerainly did not stand up to the weather of which it was claimed to stand up to. The coat leaked at every seam on it, and even in a light drizzle it did not remain completely waterproof. It certainly was not "weatherproof". I was extremely disappointed with this product and certainly would not buy one again from any country! I'm sure a cheaper coat could be found that IS weatherproof. Not recommended!
