...Place fitness centre, situated on the campus of Solihull College (that's the West Midlands to those not hot on their geography). Granted, the usually opulent and lavish Holmes Place club has been dumbed down slightly in this incarnation, with prices suitably lower than at more high profile franchises (see the op on the West Kensington branch for suitable proof). Despite this, the building is well furnished, airy and stylish and has all the hallmarks of a quality gymnasium (not that I've seen many). The biggest factor contributing to its diminished prices is the lack of a Swimming Pool on site. Me, I'd rather do without for the sake of a few quid extra per month. Advantages: Works a treat
Disadvantages: Don't eat before or during use

...and by the time I'd finished my stomach was as hard as a rock however, I also use the Rio Ab.. during the day when I'm in college or just lazing around at home and although this has some effect it's very hard to keep it so if you want this to be a success use it whilst excercising you'll notice the difference. Ooh before I forget this also has a setting on it that switches itself off after 10 min. This is supposed to happen, if you read the manual it'll tell you about not overusing the abtronic etc. Now here's the yucky bit, yup you've got your lovely toned stomach now it's time to remove the ab. Simply slow down the machine untill it stops, then take out battery, Now remove the belt and Run run run to the bathroom to get some tissue and wipe off all the excess gel stuff. Advantages: Comfortable fit and 16 air vents

...You probably don't know what this product is just by the name, since these type of things don't get that much advertising. The MET Roadrunner II is a cycle helmet, a nice one. I ride to and from college everyday, which is about 4 miles through the city of Cambridge. As some of you will know Cambridge is a cycling place, but I must say that some roads are very tight and there are a LOT of buses, lorries and cars during peak times. It was only last week when a OAP almost ran me over. I was passing a parked car, and the OAP turned in on me without indicating. Lucky I reacted in time to turn. Anyway, my previous helmet had taken some wear and tear, fortunately none from any accidents, just bumps and knocks here and there. So I finally decided to invest in a decent helmet.
