Bowflex 1090's a great product for home
Advantages: Replaces many sets in the form of one
Disadvantages: Quite bulk at first and a tad expensive
These are not cheap at all but then whyen they replace having muliple pairs of dumbells in just two what do you expect. The dumbells them self can be set at both ends of the dumbells so you can stagger the weight if you wanted too although i never needed ...
