Package of four AAA alkaline batteries--alkaline lasts longer than traditional carbon batteries of the same size.
* When you need long lasting, reliable, power, count on CopperTop® batteries
Made in USA.
Advantages: Portable and easy to use. Disadvantages: Only parts of body at one time, I'd like to be able to cover everywhere at once.
...battery. You can use 2 or 4 pads at a time and the pulse and intensity or adjustable from 0 - 6. I've only got up to almost, nearly, 3. I really can't believe that anyone could go up to 6, unless of course they are massochists.
You don't have to buy fancy gels, simply use water to dampen the pads. The kit comes complete with well illustrated instructions and an order form for extra kits or you can buy the 10-pad version @ £89.99, facial version @ £29.99 etc.
I've only used it 3 times so far. The first time I decided to do as they do in the adverts and lie on my bed in total comfort. My first mistake, I fell asleep and think I used it just a 'tad' too long because next day I felt as though my stomache had been forced to stand in for a trampoline and every time I passed the tv it switched on, (no, no only kidding). Short lived though...

...so here's more of the good stuff!
The gears go up to 21 which is plenty and they're manged into 3 groups of 7 so you don't have to go through all the different gears to get from say gear 4 to gear 20. They are in easy reach on the handlebars and it also comes with a little black bell!
Aswell the suspension being very stiff at the start, the brakes are also stiff but this again loosens up over time as the brake pads are abrazed into a good position. The brakes do come loose every so often but this does not happen in an instant and they get very loose over a long period of time until they cease working altogether. This is easily fixable though with an Allen key. All you do is loosen the teeth that grip the wire and squeeze together the bracket on the brakes which moves the brake pads closer to the wheel. Then tighten the bracket again...

Advantages: Easy to use, can wear under clothes, can do other things while wearing it. Web site support. Disadvantages: Not a cheap product. Also ongoing costs for pads, batteries etc.
...you will find a survey in your product pack. Often if you take the time to fill it in you’ll find the incentive will be a packet of free Pads.
The batteries need to be changed less often and I buy mine in bulk from 7dayshop.com to reduce the outlay. There’s a battery level indicator on the Unit and I would recommend changing when it moves from 3 bars to 1. Also the Unit will beep to tell you when battery power is low. The Unit takes 3 ‘AAA’ size (not the pencil size, but smaller).
A bit more about the LCD display on the Unit and what it tells you. When you first switch it on you get a little smiley face which is nice. Then there are 4 exercise programs from 1 to 4 and you automatically start on 1 which is 20 minutes and then the Belt moves you on from there to the more advanced programs which last 30 minutes or so. If you look...

I am an obsessive music lover,my ipod goes everywhere with Me and I mean everywhere, laughs!!! so when I was off on my hols I just had to make sure I would not run out of power 30,000 feet in the air, half way into a 14 hour flight.
