Pump it up high energy

Advantages: Great music , gets you fit
Disadvantages: Hard to keep up with , have to be fit , Hard to learn dance moves

Pump it up High Energy is a workout by Ministry of sound. The workout is dance aerobics. It's the third workout in the pump it up series. The dvd features professional dancers and Fiona Fagan , an Irish dancer who has danced for Steps and Kylie Minouge to name a few. The workout included a 'Warm it up' section , a 'Burn it up' section , a dance section , 'tone it up' and a cooldown. The warm up lasts for 5 mins , Burnt it up is 20 minutes , tone it up is 15 minutes , 20 minutes of dance it up and a 5 minute cool down! The aim of the work out is to get you burning as many calories as you can! The workout is high impact , and I would only reccommend it if you are already fit , as it really makes you out of puff! It is very challenging. The routines are hard to pick up so it's best to watch it first before trying it ...

Storm v power, Bowling Ball

Advantages: Not as expensive as the USA versions
Disadvantages: Too fierce for dry lanes

Technical Specifications Coverstock: Aggressive Solid Reactive Weight Block: Inverted RAD3 Finish: 1000-grit Smooth Logos: Gyration: 2.52 Differential: 0.055 Durometer: 74-76 Track Flare: 6" plus Length: 5 Backend: 9 The X-Factor V-Power is a limited release overseas version of the X-FActor Triple Xtreme, with a Strong, Solid Reactive, coverstock. This is a very good ball for medium to heavy oiled lanes. You can adjust this ball to suit your style. I have left mine sanded to 1000 (factory finish) or you can go for the polished finish which will make the ball go longer on oily lanes. If your lanes are very dry forget this ball as it will start gripping the lane early on and you will miss your target by a fair distance. I have been using this ball at Tolworth for a few sessions now and had a fairly good outcome. The ball seems to ...

Review of Storm v power, Bowling Ball

Its on the ball

Advantages: efective little cleaner
Disadvantages: Noisy

I have a small home so when I needed a new vacuum cleaner I chose the Dyson DC24 which is a smaller version of the standard model. It cost £189.99. I was expecting almost a child sized vacuum cleaner but there is not really much difference at all. It was so simple to put together, there are peel off stickers on the unit to explain things as you go. It only took me 5 minutes to have it assembled. The ball makes vacuuming effortless, and the head of the vacuum is narrow so its easy to get under the sofa, low tables, etc. It has strong suction as you would expect from a Dyson but it is surprising how full the cylinder is when you have finished. It really gets everything up. This does mean however that you need to empty the dust cylinder quite frequently. The power cable is short and not retractable which can look a bit untidy if it is ...
