Advantages: very good for soles Disadvantages: too heavy for skating vert
...Roces "5th elements" area great pair of inline skates. I paid £300 for my pair, now you may think that is quite expensive, but really that's not a lot as inline skates no cost a lot of money. This pair of skates has lasted me from September 1998 to today!
They are very agressive skates and it is very easy to do tricks on poles and curbs. I find a topside X grind very easy on theses skates as they have a lot of sole room. However, there is one catch to these almost perfect skates! It is quite hard to skate on ramps as they are quite heavy, so if you are in to vert skating these are not for you!
I have come to the conclusion that these are very good skates and are well worth the money you spend on them. I would buy another pair and reccomend them to anybody who is into aggressive inline skating....

...to taking on water. One element that is normally assured in our climate is that Rain will fall on the ball. If it soaks up like a sponge, it will become heavy and unplayable. Staying dry keeps it playing the same as on a dry pitch.
The Ball comes in traditional White for normal play and also the alternative Bright Yellow for the Winter games. It is a requirement in the Nationwide League that the Yellow ball is used beween October and February.
To customise this further to individual teams, the Arrow logos covering the ball are available im many different colours to match team strips.
Overall, a great football but a little too expensive for most at £45. Only used in proper teams and leagues and not the average ball to take over the park. Not reccomended for taking to School!...

One thing that fitness first do not have is a swimming pool, their reason for this is because it is expensive to run and most members do not want one anyway. I have no problem with this as I prefer just getting on with running and weight training.
Membership prices are quite reasonable with the off peak £24 (8am-4pm weekdays, after 2pm weekends) and the Gold £34 (you can use the gym anytime.) As I'm a student, I'm on the off peak membership since I usually go during the day after lectures (as the gym is very close to my Uni.). This suits me fine because the gym is nice and quiet around 2pm (it can get quite busy after 6pm) Being a franchise, I expect that all the gyms look very similar and have the same level of quality. One other aspect of the franchise element is that you can use your membership card...
