The Return of the CHOPPER!
Review of Raleigh Chopper by
Bronze224
Advantages: Retro Chic beyond compare!
Disadvantages: Erm...........................
...!! They came in a variety of shades from 'Fizzy Lemon' to 'Shocking Pink' all with the Chopper Logo (and endless possibilities for accesories....like lolly sticks in yer spokes to make the 'tac tac tac' noise like a 'real' bike (ha....NOT!)
The tassles from the handle bars.....the aerial (oh dear....) the list is endless...
Then nothing........for 30 YEARS! (almost) until in March this year (2004) Raleigh released the new 'Mark III Chopper' realising that retro was chic and that the generel public would pay silly money to be nostalgic (looking guilty at this point!!!!)
So onto the new Chopper....
Sadly, with various safety regs, we can't have a gear stick on the frame anymore.....that's now on the right handlebar (twist action!). Also, no more 'L' shaped seat (noooo I hear you thirty-somethings cry, it's ruined!!!) but as you can see from...

Yes I Look Silly, But Do I Care?
Review of Crocs Cayman Shoes by
sghawken
Advantages: Comfortable, hard wearing, colorful
Disadvantages: You might look like aclown
...I work many nights, and I've got to that certain age where at a certain time of the night my feet just explode in size, I spend much of the night in agony and often am forced to kick off my shoes in anger, before moaning to all and sundry about my poor feet.
A combination of two things the movie Idiocracy, and Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice (as well as the odd review) bought me into the new millennium and the craze that is Crocs! One Puff or Two?
Review of Equine Wound Powder by
spottydog2
Advantages: Helps dry out minor wounds.
Disadvantages: Hole can block.
...I have another exciting horse related review again here for those of you who are interested. I realise it can be boring for those who are not equine minded, but they are a large part of my life so they fill a fair proportion of my reviews. Actually, it is not really exciting as it is about powder, but it is something I have used and the category is there, so I am writing it. My horses have so many items that I have bought for them, tack, grooming items, rugs, schooling equipment, first aid items, the list is endless, my pocket is bottomless (I wish). Horses are expensive animals to keep, these is no getting away from that but they are worth it. Like people, horses need first aid and it is important to keep an up to date first aid box for when it is needed.
First Aid Box.
