Esporta will get you to sign a credit agreement without telling you it is a credit agreement. If you don't find their services suitable or up to standard they will make half an effort to address the issues then cut off contact. You will then hear from a Debt Collection Agency threatening to take you to Court. Currently we are having to use our solicitor to sue for breach of contract. I seriously advise you go somewhere else.
We were told our daughter would get free use of the gym and free tennis lessons. Once we had signed we were told this was not the case. The todler pool was always broken, the hot tub and main pool freezing and the toliets never had any soap (how often were they checked?). My experience are based on Esporta Norwich and the Esporta Head Office.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Welcome to Ciao. I had a similar problem with Esporta, where I signed up to their newsletter as a part of a rewards program on another website and they started phoning me asking when they can expect to see me! I told them straight I was not planning on using their service, I just signed up for the newsletter like I do on many occassions for the rewards. Later that week I got an email having points revoked from my total. Anyway, the review could still have done with more details to get a higher rating. If you update the review feel free to contact me via the guestbook and I'll be happy to rerate.
