Advantages: Multiple hand grips not permanent fixture Disadvantages: Does not fit all doors, not secure, missing parts.
...I used to own a chinning bar when i was 18yo and thought it was cheap and a very good piece of exercise equipment.
Everlast Multi-Function Chinning Bar looked as if it was light years ahead of the straight bar that was used by me in my youth. Not only was their different places to hold the bar but also foam on the parts you hold to help prevent blisters and for a better grip.
The price was £29.99 normal chinning bars are around £10, but it seemed to be worth it with the multiple grips and handles.
Everlast is a company normally associated with boxing and have been around alot of years so thought the quality of the exerciser would be very good.
After opening the box it was missing assembly instructions and all the fixing to put the chinning bar together, not a good start so back to shop.

Plus, unlike many other aerobic activities, rebounding places no strain on the joints of your body.
Who Can Rebound?
Every one including Mums, dads, children, grandparents… Rebounding is suitable for all ages and abilities! Stabilizing bars can be fitted which may help if you feel unsteady or are elderly, disabled or handicapped.
Buying A Rebounder
It's the old adage - you get what you pay for... inexpensive models can be stiff and don't offer adequate cushioning and support.
Buy a quality rebounder which has the following features:
A stable 6 leg design - cheaper 4 leg models are known to topple over
Unscrewable legs - for easy storage
A solid spring system - to ensure adequate support for your joints
A non-slip mat - for those trickier manoeuvres!
What's the Cost
The best rebounder I've found is the Reebok...

Advantages: Reasonable Price Disadvantages: Rather large if backpacking
...Last summer I embarked on a 100 mile highland hike, carrying my equipment in a 75ltre capacity rucksack. We aimed to complete the expedition in 5 days. I was impressed by the thermarest brand. They make really good quality equipment. I was faced with the choice of whether to go for the "ProLite" mattress from the "fast and light series" or the "Expedition" from "the trek and travel" series. I decided, that as I was on a student budet to go for the "Expedition".
I bought the full length version as I am around 6ft. Perhaps going for regular would have been more advantageuous but if you really want to save on weight and size- chose "Prolite...
