The heading refers to my wife, but I will not tell you her real weight, I know better than that! But are Weight Watchers worth their weight in gold? The answer is that I do not know, but I can tell you a bit about them though. Classes or meetings of weight watchers are held regularly around the country, ussually once a week. You go to the meeting and pay your £5 or other local fee, and you get weighed! The idea is that this public weighing session will buck you up and keep you on your dietary toes.
