...on there for only £24.99 with loads of extras that the TV shop wanted £99 for so I bought it and in two days the courier was on my doorstep delivering.
After taking it out of the box and tossing the box aside for the cat's and babies to have fun with I set it up in front of the TV and stuck on MTV to have a go setting it on the hardest setting as I am quite Macho really deep down inside lo not that I must have looked very Macho bopping from side to side to some Take That track on the TV. I climbed on and started as instructed sliding from side to side as I was in my socks I kept slipping off of the steps so had to put my trainers on, just imagine not a pretty sight me in boxer shorts and trainers on a stepper in front of the TV. ...My sons have a slamman and couldnt wait to have it delivered,
They ordered it from www.boysstuff.co.uk on a 1 day discount for £199 and free next day delivery, which was good at the time as they are priced around £250,
When delivered the slamman comes in 2 parts,
~torso and base~ and weighs 29lbs,
before setting it up you must fill the base with..wait for it ...240lbs of sand!
This had to be ordered and delivered seperately at a cost of £13 and once the sand is in it makes it very difficult to move due to the weight, so plan where you want to put it.
He came complete with a pair of 12 oz professional boxing gloves~
Instructional video~
Eating plan and manual.
When the base is filled, slam man is ready for punching.
The Slamman stands 72 inches high and is made from high density moulded plastic, and has a height...

Pole dancing previously had the sigma of being a seedy career, carried out in back street clubs where old men go to perv, but it is now having a surge with women (and a few men) everywhere after the celebrity endorsement of people such as Zoe Ball and Amanda Holden coupled with a more curious...

It was an impulse buy from Asda at £99.97 and now I'm regretting it.
LOOKS
Looked good out of the box and when I plugged it in, set its self up in seconds by scanning all the available channels.
The unit looks quite good and the display is bright... more
This is my first Personal digi-box but collectively my family have quite a few, so I can quite safely say that this is the best box on the market that you can get featuring only a few disadvantages.
This is a good looking box, not the most attractive... more
